Aluminum Battery Box Mounts for Savage Flux and DesertBoy by GCM Racing.

Thanks to the great bashability of the strong Savage Flux and more so the well-balanced DesertBoy conversions, sometimes the plastic battery box mounts are subjected to rocks, logs, or other trucks that might break or damage the mounts. We answered this problem with a solid machined aluminum mount set that will keep everything in place for many-a-bash to come.

For picture clarity, we are showing the silver mounts, but silver anodize and black anodize finish are available, and will resist scratching and corrosion. These will look great for a long time, and keep your expensive lipo batteries and their stock holders in the right place. We include Black Oxide hardened hex head screws with every part, so the screws won't be a weak point either!

Here's what is included in each order: Black Hardened hex screws are supplied, Socket head screws for the chassis plates, and Button head socket screws for the battery box. Parts shipped are as shown below in these pictures.

These mounts will replace stock mounts directly. They work well on stock Savage Flux Chassis, DesertBoy Chassis sets, as well as any other aftermarket chassis where stock mounts are used. GCM will warranty these parts in this way: IF you are able to damage these to be UNUSABLE while installed on your Flux, send them to us and we will replace or repair them at our discretion for the cost of shipping only.
