Warranty Claims

GCM warrants that all products that are manufactured according to a valid purchase order will be conformant to that purchase order and the details therein. This includes materials compliance.

GCM offers warranty to the following items until and including 1 year from purchase date. To make a warranty claim, you must have your order confirmation e-mail or your PayPal transaction # and send back to GCM the parts in question.

GCM TWIN Differentials:

We offer replacement parts on the GCM unique parts in the TWIN differentials, in kit form or in assembled form. The parts we replace are screws, diff cups, center spider gears, spider shaft and internal shims. We do not offer warranty replacement on the ring gear, or out-drive gears supplied by HPI.

GCM CVD axles:

We offer replacement parts on the CVD drive axles. This includes the wheel end, center shaft and the drive cup. We do not offer warranty replacement on the hex, drive pin, or bearing unless defective from purchase.
